David joined Salmon Youth Centre in 2016 when he was just 14 years old. Over the years, he has become a much-loved and valued member of the Salmon community.

David is kind, friendly, helpful, smart and funny. He has always had a passion for art and has used his creativity to contribute to Salmon in many ways. His artwork has featured in Salmon projects, and he also volunteered alongside his mentor, artist Eugene Ankomah, as part of the Reclaim: The Runway exhibition.

David is always willing to give his time to help at the Youth Centre whenever support is needed. He has contributed to a range of projects, including helping with the Salmon podcast and creating greeting cards.
Outside of his artwork, David enjoys spending time at Salmon playing pool and being part of the wider club community.

Having grown from a 14-year-old member into a young adult who continues to give back to the Centre, David is now taking on a new role as a Salmon Youth Centre Youth Ambassador. We are delighted that he is continuing his journey with Salmon and using his experience, creativity and positive attitude to help inspire the next generation of young people.
