Adrian first became involved with Salmon Youth Centre, Cambridge University Mission as it then was, when he came to London in 1973 to complete his legal studies after university. He was a Volunteer Resident for four years.

Adrian became a Trustee in 1999 and Chair of Trustees in 2010. He wants to use his experience to help steer Salmon into a successful and sustainable future so that it can continue to provide high quality youth work for the children and young people of Southwark from its distinctively Christian basis.
