Creativity is one of the most important characteristics to develop in a young person; it is crucial to their identity, imagination, and wellbeing. With you donation you will help a young person access a weekly art, music, or dance class, helping them to discover often-hidden talents, grow in self-confidence and self-esteem as they also learn how to express themselves in new and exhilarating ways.

“Bella casually floated in and out of our weekly art sessions, with patience and encouragement, she slowly began to realise she had a talent for art, which she didn’t believe at first. Bella became even more focused when she was asked to create a portfolio of works for her Art A-levels at college.

With Salmon’s support and access to our resources, she successfully created a portfolio of good quality imaginative artworks and passed her A-levels. In June this year, Bella took part in her first-ever professional gallery exhibition.”
