Record turnout for 6-13s summer scheme

Salmon's annual summer scheme saw a record number of young people participating in activities, ranging from arts and sports to cooking and climbing, over the first week of the summer holidays in August.
A total of 137 young people, aged six to 13, attended the week-long summer scheme which ran from 10am to 4pm each day.
Feedback from both young people and parents have been fantastic, with many asking why Salmon was charging only 50p a day for such quality provision!
One parent said: “I can NOT thank The Salmon Youth Centre Enough for all their hard work, passion and dedication in ensuring these children have a jam packed fun filled week of activities. My daughter enjoyed every single day. Thank you all so much x.”
