Duke of Edinburgh expedition

Salmon Young Leaders will be doing their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver expeditions this half term.
The Duke of Edinburgh Award gives young people the opportunity to develop new and existing skills, while gaining accreditation that can enhance their career and educational prospects in later life.
Every year, we take a group of young leaders on an outdoor expedition for several days, as part of the Award.
The young people will be required to complete 2 days of walking and 1 night of camping for the Bronze award; 3 days of walking and 2 nights of camping for the Silver.
